Craft and Painting Afternoon at Haus Olé

Dear Families,

We look back on a wonderful and successful afternoon! Our very first event of the year was a great success, and we had a fantastic time creating and having fun with you and your children. The atmosphere was amazing, and the excitement of our little artists was felt throughout the day. We had four creative stations, each one a highlight in its own way:

•Painting fabric bags – Beautiful, unique bags were created, with no limits to creativity!
• Jewelry making – From friendship bracelets to beaded necklaces and Scoubidou keychains, kids were threading and knotting with enthusiasm.
•Painting flower pots & seed bags – The children designed wonderful flower pots that they could later fill with flower seeds at home.
• DIY Bookmarks & pencil holders – Perfect for little bookworms and creative minds – the results were truly one of a kind!

Some parents took the opportunity to enjoy a little break while their kids were cared for by our amazing team. Our experienced supervisors guided the children, crafted and painted with them, and made sure everyone had a great time. Others stayed and joined in on the crafting fun – it was wonderful to see!

And the best part: This event marked our first fundraising efforts, and we are incredibly grateful for your support! At the end of the year, once all our events are completed, a significant portion of the collected funds will be donated to Education for Cambodia to support educational projects in Cambodia. By participating in our event, you have helped make a real impact – all while enjoying a creative and fun-filled afternoon!
